Minium orders are $ 200.00 Back Orders will not be shipped unless you are called by one of our in house Salespeople

All orders for new accounts will be shipped C.O.D. cash, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We will, after shipping call you with your total, let you salesperson know.

To establish your account on a company check basis for C.O.D., you will need to submit a signed credit appplication with three references. Only applications with complete addresseses and phone numbers can be processed. We will notify you of approval.

To establish your account on an open account basis, you will need to submit a credit application with 3 terms references. Only applications with complete addresseses and phone numbers can be processed. Please allow 2 weeks for term approval. You will be notified of approval. If your account is past due, any further orders will be held until payment is received. Slow payments will result in your account being placed on C.O.D.

If a check is returned insufficient funds, your account will be placed on a cash basis. A $15.00 service charge will be assessed each time a check is returned unpaid.

Orders are shipped UPS if this is unacceptable, please let your salesperson know. We can ship most orders the same day if the order is received by noon. (Pacific Time.)

All goods leave our warehouse in good condition. Should package be delivered to you opened. tampered with, or in damaged condition, please notify the carrier immediately and retain all shipping cartons for their inspection.

Good Looks Company, Inc. stands behind its merchandise. Defective items found in the packing box please call us for a Return Authorization Number and we will pick it up at our expense and credit to your account. All damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours to receive credit.

Refused or returned orders will be reshipped once with reshipping charges and handling charge. Orders returned again will only be reshipped after prepayment. Any orders restocked will be charged restocking fees and shipping. Restocking charge10% of product amount.

The Good Looks Company, Inc. offers the following guarantee most items are proven good sellers however we realize becuase of the variety of the market places some products may not fare well, in this case call us within 45 days of invoice date for return authorization number. Itemize each item with pricing and total. Return to us clean of price tags and on receiving will be credit your account.
